Kate

Kate is Rio’s Finance and HR Director, responsible for the company’s strategic financial planning, fiscal initiatives, and compliance. She is integral to maintaining and growing the financial health of the company -her role encompasses the financial reporting to the board and maintaining the company’s HR procedures and personnel records. She also continues to oversee the administrative department.

Excited by career growth opportunities within a progressive business and the challenges and variety of the role, Kate joined Rio at its inception in 2000 as Practice Manager. Drawing on her considerable experience gained as a Medical PA to consultants within the NHS, she set about strategically growing the studio’s administrative arm. Before becoming a director in 2022, Kate provided support to the senior management team while developing and performing all of Rio’s administrative, HR, H&S and financial procedures.

What sets Kate apart is her steadfast commitment to Rio’s success and passion for mentoring and helping others achieve their personal and professional goals.
