We are delighted to receive this award. It has been an incredible couple of years for our super-talented team at Rio, working on numerous exciting schemes within the city, most notably securing planning approvals for two of the largest redevelopment schemes in South Wales in a generation – Central Quay and Atlantic Wharf.
We have also secured several high-profile schemes, notably a ground-breaking 46-storey co-living tower in Canary Wharf. We always strive to exceed expectations by focusing on creative, innovative, and unexpected ways to add value, delivering architecture of the highest calibre, and this award is a testament to this.””
