Rio shortlisted for three Cardiff awards

We’re delighted to announce that Verse, Cardiff, is among six contenders vying for the Residential Development award at the Cardiff Property Awards. We’re also among four practices contending for the Architect award.

The recently completed build-to-rent development, Verse, has introduced a striking addition to Cardiff’s skyline. Verse aspires to create a community-orientated living environment in the city centre.

The building represents a revolutionary approach to modern living, offering residents dedicated amenities and communal space. Residents have access to a holistic approach to urban living that goes beyond just providing housing.

Verse has set the benchmark for BTR, not only in the South Wales market but nationally.
