By collaborating creatively on projects with other specialists, we can combine collective knowledge to develop innovative, integrated, sustainable, design solutions that serve and celebrate the needs and wellbeing of people.

Our environment and the local community is important to us. We take our Corporate Social Responsibility seriously, supporting numerous charities and encouraging our staff to assist a wide range of local organisations and initiatives.

We are also passionate about providing opportunities to inspire the next generation of architects. Each year, pupils from local schools, colleges and Universities join our studios, gaining insight into this highly-technical, creative and demanding profession.

Quality and continuous improvement are at the vanguard of what we do. Many of our colleagues sit on advisory boards and committees such as Women in Property, the Forum for the Built Environment (fbe) and numerous external design panels.
